Jeff had a tumor in his cheek several years ago. It was non-cancerous at the time, but no guarantees it would stay that way. So it had to come out. The surgeon was a grizzled veteran – literally. He had started by doing surgeries in the Army, sometimes for 8-10 hours per day. Then he went into private practice. The surgeon took the tumor out and got paid thousands of dollars for doing so. And we didn’t have to worry about it becoming cancerous anymore. That’s a good trade. And that’s good business.
This is what real value looks like. Providing something that actually makes lives better. There are less serious versions too.
